RETURN POLICY

At Extend we value our customers and trust our products. However, we do have a 14-day returns policy in the unlikely event that the product doesnt meet description standards.

 

Conditions pointed below:

 

• Product must be unused with all seals still intact
• Email sent within 14 days when the products at your doorstep
• For change of mind Extend reserves the right to credit the purchased amount

To return send an email to info@extend.nz with the subject line "Return for *Insert order number*" including a photo of the product, reason for return, bank account number, first name, last name, contact number and address.
