Is there a VIP Club? If so, how do I join?

Yes we have a Very Important Person Club. To join it is simple, just create an account with us, you'll receive further information and get inside into future drops, discounts and be apart of the community.

How can I make a purchase?
Select any products from our catalogue, add to your card, proceed to checkout on the top right corner of the web page and choose your payment option. After a successful payment you will receive a order confirmation email.

What payment options does Extend have?
We accept Visa, AMEX, Google Pay, Apple Pay, Mastercard, Shop Pay and Afterpay which are completed at checkout.

What if I want to make a cash payment?
A cash payment is possible in person, please message us or email to make the arrangement. Only available for Auckland based customers.

How long will it take for my product to arrive?
Each product has their estimated delivery times on their information page. It could take 2 - 5 business days before the parcel is despatched and a minimum of 8 business days and maximum of 20 business days after your parcel has been despatched. Each order varies in delivery times.

How will I know the whereabouts of my parcel?
As soon as you have completed your purchase, you will receive a order summary through email. You will receive another email which includes your order and tracking information as soon as the order has been despatched.

What happens if my order takes longer than specified?
If the order takes longer that the specified time (ie. 20 business days) then we will fully refund your purchase and you have a luxury of keeping your purchase too. We're truly sorry if this happens and we will be sure to make sure your next order arrives on time.

What happens if bought the wrong size?
If the size you ordered doesn't fit you. Please email us at admin@extend.nz with the subject line "Incorrect fit *Insert order number*", a photo of the product on you, first name, last name and your contact number. We will do our best endeavour to get back to you within 48 hours.

How can I get a refund for a faulty product?
If one the products we send you are faulty or do not meet the description standards. Send an email to admin@extend.nz with the subject line "Return for *Insert order number*" including a photo of the product, reason for return, bank account number, first name, last name, contact number and address. We will assess your claim and get back to you within 48 hours.

Where can I place a review?
We hope you have positive experience's with us. However, this feature is not available yet and will soon be updated.

Can I cancel an order?
If you choose to cancel a submitted order and it hasn't arrived, we will give you a Extend credit that has no expiration date. We reserve the right to withhold cash refunds from a change of mind (Consumer Guarantees Act, 1993).
